11' max height. 150lb max. Use to lift drywall/sheetrock, plywood, etc. Has a slight catch when fully extending, so just be prepared for it to pop & move a bit once that final extension is engaging. It can startle you, but it has always done that, won't drop or break. Just used on a 5,000 sq ft hang with no problems.
